TERMS & CONDITIONS
**Please note ticketing fees include an Evanston amusement tax.**
All ticket types, including will-call and e-tickets are both non-refundable and non-transferable—the name of the person ordering must match the name of the person picking up the tickets. Re-sale and/or transfer of your ticket is prohibited. Any unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket and refusal of entry to the holder hereof without refund. Refunds or transfers are only approved under very special circumstances and must be confirmed in writing, in advance of the show by SPACE management. Tickets not obtained directly from SPACE’s primary ticket seller (Eventbrite) may be invalid. If invalid and voided, holder assumes all risks of purchasing a ticket other than directly from the primary seller (Eventbrite), including being excluded from the event. SPACE does not get involved in the resale of tickets, and venue management is not responsible for intermediating refunds between customers and scalpers or unaffiliated third-party ticketing platforms.
Please note that not all tickets guarantee seats at SPACE. Seating varies show by show, so please pay attention to the description of the seating level on your ticket or in your confirmation email. A "Reserved Table Seat" guarantees one seat at a pre-designated cabaret table. Every individual in your party needs a ticket at your designated table number in order to sit at your table. Table seats are held until one hour after the start time of the show.
A “GA Limited Seating” ticket guarantees access to the concert, but does not guarantee a seat. Seating on the sides of the stage is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. If seating is absolutely necessary to you, please purchase a Reserved Table Seat or inquire about ADA accommodations at least 48 hours in advance of the show.
A "GA Seated" ticket guarantees a seat, but no table. Seating on the sides of the stage are guaranteed until showtime, though position in the room is first-come, first-served. If you are attending with a large group, please arrive at or shortly after doors open (generally 1 hour before showtime).
Saving GA limited or GA seated seats while you enjoy dinner in Union is not permitted. SPACE reserves the right to seat other customers in this section and you may lose the opportunity to sit for the duration of the show.
A “GA Dance Floor” or “Standing Room” ticket is just that. There is absolutely no seating in either of these sections. Please do not purchase a ticket in these sections if you will be unable to stand for the duration of the show.
For ADA accommodations, SPACE requires box office outreach at least 48 hours in advance of the show.
SPACE is a “listening room.” Customers are expected to keep conversation to a minimum out of respect for the artist and other patrons.
SPACE management reserves the right, without the obligation to provide a full or partial refund, to eject any person for any reason deemed necessary for the safe and orderly operation of the event (including disruptive, disorderly, vulgar or abusive conduct to staff, other customers or the artist(s)) or for the enforcement of policies applicable to the event (including these terms or other posted policies).
Doors for concerts open one hour before the start time of the show unless otherwise designated. SPACE reserves the right to change the start time, or to add/remove performers to a lineup. Ticket buyers will be emailed with any major changes. Please carefully review the ticketing page for up-to-date information.
Only pizzas from Union Pizzeria are permitted inside the concert. No other outside food or beverages are allowed. Bags and purses are subject to search at check-in and some events may require a more in-depth security check (e.g. wanding). SPACE has a full bar for all shows and cocktail service during most performances. Although SPACE is an all-ages venue, patrons must be 21 to drink alcoholic beverages and are subject to ID checks at the door and/or bar.
